BERTANS V. KHIMKI DISPUTE RESOLVED

On 11 June 2021 the Basketball Arbitral Tribunal (BAT) issued an Award in BAT 1675/21 case of Dairis Bertans against BC Khimki. According to the BAT Award BC Khimki was obliged to pay Dairis Bertans his overdue salaries, compensation for breach of contract and his legal fees and expenses. On 15 June 2021 BC Khimki paid the entire amount which resulted in a successful conclusion of this BAT case.
