On 20 June 2023, the BAT issued its award in the case of WSI Agency Limited against BC Gaiteros del Zulia. The agency was awarded with its outstanding agency fees. Despite numerous notices, the club failed to pay the outstanding agency fee which resulted in the BAT proceeding.
