On 1 June 2023, the BAT issued its award in the case of BC Beroe Stara Zagora against Mr. Cornelius Lamonte Hudson. The club was awarded with compensation due to the player's termination of the contract without just cause. In January 2023, the player terminated his contract with the club without a valid reason and without paying the contractually agreed buy-out amount. Despite efforts of the club to settle with the player, the player insisted that he did not owe any buy-out amount to the club due to the alleged breach of contract by the club. The sole arbitrator followed the club's argumentation and awarded the club with the full claimed amount.

Unfortunately, the player has not complied with the BAT Award and is thus facing a ban on international transfers.
