On 16 May 2023, the BAT issued its award in the case of Advantage Sport Agency and Mr. Hashem Abbaas against the Saudi Arabian Club AL  HILAL. The agency was awarded with its outstanding agency fees, while the player was awarded with outstanding salaries and compensation due to the club's termination without just cause.
